Job Description
Own the post-sale relationship for our key agency accounts.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and drive adoption.
- Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer success or account management role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a marketing or SaaS environment is a plus.
