Senior Media Planner (B2B Strategy)
WpromoteJob Description
The Role
At Wpromote, our Senior Media Planners turn B2B strategy into media plans that perform. Reporting to the Senior Director, B2B Strategy, this role owns the media plan for a portfolio of B2B clients: building the channel mix, managing budgets and pacing, and translating strategic direction into recommendations the activation teams can execute. You’ll work alongside a strategist who sets the overall direction and leads the client relationship, and you’ll be the person who makes sure the plan behind that direction is sound, data-backed, and moving.
B2B media is different. Buying committees, long sales cycles, small target account lists, and success measured in pipeline rather than purchases all change how you plan. The ideal candidate understands that, or is eager to learn it, and enjoys connecting media data to business outcomes. You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the numbers in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
At Wpromote, we believe that great work is only possible with great people. Our goal is to build a better, more inclusive work environment and support our people at every stage of their careers by prioritizing a strong work-life balance through our policies and benefits listed below. As a Best Place to Work according to both Ad Age and Glassdoor and Adweek’s Fastest Growing Digital Agency, we are moving fast to expand our teams and bring new experts into the fold to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $75,000 - $90,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees.
