Nestlé Pakistan Apprenticeship 2026: Trades, Age Limits and How to Apply

Nestlé Pakistan is taking applications for its Apprenticeship Program 2026 at four factories: Sheikhupura, Kabirwala, Islamabad and Port Qasim (Karachi). Most trades accept Matric with science subjects, while some need a DAE or FSc. The maximum age at joining is 28, 25 or 20 depending on the factory. Apprentices train for 1 to 3 years and receive a statutory stipend. The factory job listings give 8 November 2026 as the last date, but Nestlé's programme page shows 31 October 2026, so apply before 31 October to be safe. Applying is free and done online.
What is the Nestlé Pakistan Apprenticeship Program?
It is a paid, on-the-job technical training scheme run inside Nestlé's Pakistani factories. Apprentices learn a trade such as electrical work, fitting, laboratory analysis or plant operation alongside experienced staff. Nestlé says apprentices get a certificate when they complete the programme. For a young person with Matric or a DAE, it is a structured way into manufacturing and food-industry jobs without needing prior work experience.
Trades, qualifications and age limits by factory
Each factory has its own listing, so the requirements differ. The details below are taken from Nestlé's official job pages.
Sheikhupura factory (Punjab)

Port Qasim factory (Karachi)

Maximum age at joining: 25 years
Islamabad factory
Process Operator: DAE (Chemical) or FSc, 3 years
Technician: DAE (Electrical, Electronics or Automation), 3 years
Maximum age at joining: 20 years
The Islamabad age limit is much lower than at the other sites, so check your date of birth carefully before applying there. At every factory, Nestlé says preference may go to candidates with a technical-trade educational background.
Stipend, duration and benefits
Stipend: apprentices receive a statutory stipend for the whole training period. Nestlé has not published an amount, so treat any figure you see on social media with caution until you get an offer.
Duration: 1 to 3 years depending on the trade.
Certificate: awarded on successful completion.
Experience: hands-on work in a large food and beverage (FMCG) factory, which counts on your CV for later technician and operator jobs.
Last date: 31 October or 8 November?
The four factory listings on Nestlé's careers site each give 8 November 2026 as the application deadline. However, the Pakistan Apprenticeship Program page on nestle.pk shows 31 October 2026 as the closing date. Applications can close early once a listing is taken down, so the safest course is to submit by 31 October 2026.

Tips to clear the test and interview
Revise Matric science and maths: physics basics (current, voltage, simple machines), chemistry fundamentals and arithmetic are the likely ground for a technical trade test.
Know the trade you chose: be ready to explain why you picked electrician, lab analyst or operator and what the work involves.
Talk about safety: factories value people who follow rules on protective equipment and hygiene.
Prepare a simple self-introduction: see our guide to answering "Tell me about yourself".
Bring originals: keep your CNIC or B-Form, Matric/DAE/FSc certificates and photographs ready in case they are requested.
Beware of fake agents
Nestlé's process is online, followed by a test and interview at the factory. No one can sell you a seat. Do not pay any agent, "consultant" or WhatsApp group that promises selection, and only apply through the official Nestlé careers pages. If someone asks for money, report it and do not share your CNIC details.
