Pricing questions
- Can I change or cancel my plan later?
- Yes. Open Settings in your dashboard to upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancelling keeps your paid features until the end of the billing period.
- What counts as a job posting for employers?
- Every job that is a draft, awaiting review, live or paused counts toward your plan's limit. Closing or archiving a job frees up a slot.
- What can employers see about job seekers?
- On the Pro plan, employers see only job seekers who applied to, or saved, one of their jobs. Job seekers who simply signed up, or who joined the newsletter, are never shown to employers.
- What do I get on the free plans?
- Free job seekers get an unlimited resume builder with unlimited PDF, Word and text downloads, plus unlimited job search and applications. Free employers can post 1 job and build a company profile. Everything else is unlocked by a paid plan.
- Is job searching free?
- Yes. Searching and applying for jobs, building a resume and downloading it are free and unlimited on every plan. Paid job seeker plans add the AI tools, saved jobs, job alerts and application tracking.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so major credit and debit cards are accepted.
