This role suits professionals with British market experience who excel at balancing sales goals with high emotional intelligence and sensitivity. Consultants will take part in digital and live onboarding before starting their assignments. Compensation includes an hourly consultancy fee paired with commission per completed funeral order, billed through the contractor's own limited company.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from families and individuals needing immediate or pre-planned funeral services
- Provide respectful advisory dialogues to tailor memorials, legal services, and funeral arrangements
- Deliver transparent pricing, accurate information, and continuous emotional support to clients
- Work collaboratively with the Fenix team to meet established sales and quality objectives
Requirements
- Operate through your own limited company such as an Aktiebolag or equivalent
- Sign a consultancy agreement and an NDA
- Possess origins in the United Kingdom or extensive professional experience from the British market
- Demonstrate fluency in English
- Maintain native-level proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish
- Maintain a quiet home-office environment equipped with a computer, stable internet, and a professional headset
