The organization seeks a Jr. Web Developer to fill a full-time, remote position working for a client. This role involves 40 hours per week under a full-time contract facilitated via a payroll platform.
The chosen candidate will contribute to building and maintaining TypeScript web applications, designing responsive interfaces, creating dashboards from meeting data, and integrating tools with CRMs. Ideal applicants possess strong communication abilities, a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a constant drive for learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain features for the TypeScript web application spanning user interface components to backend APIs
- Transform meeting data like transcripts, summaries, sentiment, and themes into dashboards and sponsor reports
- Construct responsive and accessible layouts for demonstrations and event days
- Integrate Backtrack with external customer tools such as CRMs
- Compose tests, resolve bugs, and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate directly with team members to translate customer feedback into released enhancements
Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of professional web development experience including internships, bootcamps, or robust personal projects
- Demonstrate solid fundamentals in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Bring experience utilizing a modern front-end framework with a preference for React
- Display comfort with HTML, CSS, and responsive layout creation
- Show a basic understanding of REST APIs and data handling
- Demonstrate familiarity with Git and collaborative code workflows
- Communicate clearly in English with curiosity and eagerness to learn from feedback
- Be based in Latin America and available for remote work
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Next.js or Node.js
- Experience with data visualization or charting libraries
- Knowledge of SQL or relational databases such as Postgres
