This initiative is designed for talented and motivated recent graduates across multiple specializations as the organization advances its digital transformation. Trainee opportunities are available in fields such as Finance, Network Engineering and Field Operations, Information Technology, Cyber Security and Governance, AI and Analytics, Commercial, Customer Experience, Audit, Risk and Revenue Assurance, Human Resources, Legal, and Public Relations.
Responsibilities
- Perform job-related duties as assigned within the chosen professional field
Requirements
- Hold a completed degree from an accredited higher learning institution in a relevant discipline obtained within the last two years
- Achieve a minimum of an Upper Second Class (2.1) degree classification or equivalent
- Possess five O Level passes, which must include English Language and Mathematics
- Possess two A Level passes
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities alongside a self-driven, adaptable, and curious mindset
