Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work area during all shifts
- Deliver consistent service quality to guests
- Keep kitchen workstations organized
- Prepare hot and cold foods such as cut produce, salads, bagged lunch items, and menu dishes
- Assemble portioned fruit and vegetable cups
- Make custom salads and sandwiches based on order sheets

- Date and label all prepared food ingredients
- Move used kitchenware to dishwashing zones
- Execute end-of-shift sweeping and mopping
- Carry out routine weekly and monthly cleaning duties
- Take out garbage as necessary
- Receive, organize, and store chemical, food, beverage, and disposable supplies
- Support dishwashing and general kitchen cleanup
- Complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments and adhere to safety practices
Requirements
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Commitment to a 2 weeks on and 1 week off schedule
- Possession of a valid government-issued photo ID for travel
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Successful passing of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders or stairs
- Capability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, or sit for extended periods
- Capacity to perform repetitive hand motions using both hands
- Ability to work with arms at full length or above shoulder height
Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale cooking in hotels, banquet halls, or camp settings
- Current Food Safe certification
