Acceleration Partners, a global partnership marketing agency managing clients across over 40 countries, is looking for an Account Executive, Influencer Marketing to join its team. This full-time, 100% remote position requires professional verbal and written fluency in German. The role involves executing influencer marketing campaigns, driving influencer recruitment, overseeing creator partnerships, managing deliverables, tracking metrics, and handling reporting for diverse consumer product and service brands. The ideal candidate will deliver white-glove client service, establish proactive strategies, navigate ambiguity with an intrapreneurial mindset, and collaborate effectively with peers.
The position offers a salary range of GBP 27,000 to 37,000 per year, determined by experience and location. Responsibilities
- Source partnership opportunities, build influencer casting lists, and rigorously vet creators for brand alignment and authenticity
- Conduct outreach to approved partners, handle negotiations, and guide creators through onboarding and content strategies
- Collect and review content drafts to verify compliance with FTC regulations and brand guidelines while tracking performance
- Perform data-driven analyses of influencer campaigns using social analytics and conversion metrics to generate actionable insights
- Manage client deliverables independently, meeting deadlines accurately across multiple concurrent campaigns
Requirements
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
- Minimum of two years of experience working for an influencer marketing agency
- Demonstrated track record of successfully running influencer campaigns for consumer product or service companies
- Understanding of digital marketing attribution and the omni-channel landscape
- Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, formulas, and custom report creation
- Ability to travel up to 15 percent of the time
Qualifications
- Prior experience utilizing creator platforms such as CreatorIQ, Grin, or Izea
- Working knowledge of affiliate networks or SaaS platforms like Impact, ShareASale, or Commission Junction
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
