The company is currently looking for an Account Executive to drive net-new client acquisition and manage Microsoft co-selling initiatives. This full-time position suits a sales professional who can secure new business, foster C-level executive relationships, and position complex technology solutions involving AI, cloud, data, and custom software.
In this capacity, the individual will oversee the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure, ensuring quarterly and annual revenue targets are met. The employer maintains a remote-friendly operational structure and provides a collaborative setting alongside technical delivery professionals and software engineers.
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business through networking, referrals, outreach, partner relationships, and Microsoft co-sell motions
- Develop and execute a joint co-sell strategy with Microsoft field sellers
- Establish trusted connections with Microsoft Account Executives, Cloud Solution Architects, and Solution Specialists
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to support forecasting and revenue goals
- Engage with C-level executives and senior technology decision-makers
- Translate technical offerings into clear business outcomes across AI, cloud, data, application modernization, and custom software
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate clients, Microsoft sellers, and internal technical teams during complex pursuits
- Meet or exceed designated bookings and margin targets on a quarterly and annual basis
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a documented history of generating net-new business and closing complex technology or professional services engagements
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established sales quotas
- Proactive pipeline development skills rather than relying mostly on inbound leads or existing accounts
- Experience building professional connections with C-level executives and senior leaders
- Capacity to translate business objectives and operational challenges into technology solutions
- Consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience co-selling with Microsoft field teams or inside the Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Existing professional relationships with Microsoft Account Executives, Solution Specialists, or Cloud Solution Architects
- Background in selling Microsoft services and solutions
- Experience selling AI, Azure, data, application modernization, custom software development, or professional services
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Collaboration experience with solution architects, technical leaders, and delivery teams
