Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects within client accounts
- Oversee quality control for client deliverables and align creative brief details between internal teams and clients
- Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with subject matter experts
- Manage overall delivery and execution of individual client project assignments
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure compliance for promotional materials
- Collaborate with project management to build timelines, communicate milestones, and monitor budgets and labor costs
- Draft detailed meeting notes, contact reports, and summary action items after client interactions
- Assist with the preparation and submission of financial reports, client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations
- Provide regular status and financial reports to clients at specified intervals
Requirements
- At least one year of experience working as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in an advertising, marketing, communications, or related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Previous background in the healthcare industry or medical communications
- Experience writing project briefs and statements of work
