Job Description
iCapital is hiring an Associate Account Manager to look after an assigned client portfolio and deepen those relationships. The role centers on client health, platform adoption and helping clients gain value from the company's solutions via regular outreach, coaching sessions and consistent relationship care. The associate is the daily point of contact and coordinates across internal teams to deliver a strong experience. The job is fully remote.
Duties include creating account plans to lift satisfaction, product use, retention and overall health; hosting regular client meetings and business reviews; and studying adoption and utilization data to flag risks and propose actions. The associate leads onboarding, implementation help and training, identifies expansion chances working alongside the Sales and Strategic Account Management groups, and coordinates escalations with Product, Client Delivery and Production Support. The role also relays client feedback and enhancement requests to internal teams, supports renewal talks and keeps Salesforce account plans and activity logs current.
The ideal candidate has three to five years of client-facing work, such as account management, customer success or consulting. Experience in financial services, insurance, InsureTech, FinTech or wealth management is preferred. Clear communication, presentation skill and consultative problem-solving are essential, along with the ability to influence without formal authority. Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM tools are expected, and travel for customer visits, reviews, industry events and team gatherings comes up from time to time.
