Job Description
Arc'teryx seeks an Account Manager for the South Central United States, a territory that includes Texas and Oklahoma. The job belongs to the company's North America Wholesale unit, which sells through regional channels. It is a full-time remote position anchored in Texas, and candidates need to live in a large metro area or near one that has an airport.
The person in this role acts as the first point of contact for designated wholesale accounts. Duties involve keeping buyers satisfied, replying quickly to questions, meeting clients on a regular schedule to learn about their goals and difficulties, and handling problems or passing them up the chain when needed. Routine work includes working alongside the Sales team, Operations, Customer Service staff, and Logistics so that orders are handled correctly and shipped on schedule. The job also covers answering questions about pricing and promotions, sharing stock updates, and keeping contract terms and account notes current in the CRM. A good match is someone who is methodical, self-directed, skilled at negotiation, and motivated by forming connections in the outdoor market. The posted pay band is USD 82,000 to 108,000, and some benefit programs differ by role.
