Plus Five Pharmaceuticals is hiring an Accounting Graduate Trainee to join its team in Harare. This full-time, on-site position offers foundational experience in daily financial operations within a manufacturing environment. The trainee will handle routine accounting tasks, assist with inventory counts, support credit control, and prepare statutory returns while working alongside internal departments to optimize financial reporting procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting functions including entry postings and ledger reconciliations
- Participate in month-end and year-end inventory counting as well as cost accounting analysis
- Handle credit control duties, generate customer invoices, and oversee accounts receivable
- Process accounting adjustments through proper journal entries and compile client financial data
- Complete bank reconciliations, VAT schedules, and statutory returns following internal controls and reporting standards
- Work together with internal colleagues to improve financial and inventory reporting processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment

- Degree or Diploma in Accounting
