The company is currently seeking an Accounting Senior Manager to join its fully remote team. This position serves as a hands-on, high-impact leader responsible for overseeing cryptocurrency accounting operations while contributing to broader technical accounting functions, audit leadership, and internal controls.

- Coordinate with crypto business leadership to evaluate the accounting treatment for new products, transaction flows, and commercial developments.
- Handle accounting for digital asset holdings, fees, settlements, and transfers, while supporting regulatory reporting requirements alongside legal and compliance teams.
- Drive automation and process improvements to handle growing crypto transaction volumes and business complexity.
- Act as the primary accounting contact for crypto initiatives and deliver proactive guidance on operational and financial implications.
- Lead and manage external financial statement audits for the crypto business by acting as the main liaison, preparing documentation, and coordinating audit planning.
- Resolve audit findings, implement remediation measures, and maintain audit-ready documentation supported by effective internal controls.
- Research and evaluate nonroutine or complex transactions under US GAAP, creating technical accounting memoranda to document conclusions.
- Monitor emerging accounting standards and regulatory shifts to assess their impact on the organization and support implementation efforts.
