The person hired for this position will participate in processing payment workflows, updating vendor profiles, and managing ledger reconciliations. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable workflows utilizing NetSuite and additional software
- Keep vendor files updated, including collecting and organizing W-9 documents
- Communicate with the vendor support division to sustain relationships with current and prospective partners
- Process invoices accurately and promptly while following department guidelines
- Monitor transactions with the bank, create journal entries, and reconcile general ledger accounts
