The company seeks a remote Ads Conversion Modeling, Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead its expanding lower-funnel conversion modeling group. Responsibilities

- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing machine learning engineers
- Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering counterparts to align on key performance indicators and data needs
- Implement and optimize advanced deep learning model architectures aimed at conversion prediction
Requirements
- At least two years of experience building and managing high-performing machine learning teams, or equivalent tech lead experience
- Hands-on background working with machine learning models and deploying them into large-scale production environments
- Technical domain knowledge in Ads conversion modeling, ranking, heavy rankers, and recommendation systems
- Proficiency with major machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience creating large-scale data generation and processing pipelines
- Familiarity with how ranking models interact with other advertising systems like bidding, auctions, and retrieval
