Job Description
This on-site Advisory AI Foundry Architect role in Mumbai sits within ServiceNow's Solution Consulting team, supporting Employee Experience, Customer Workflow and ITX solution sales. The architect is the technical lead for platform and AI in the region, building proof-of-concept projects and reusable accelerators.
The role runs discovery workshops, gives product demonstrations and answers technical questions from customers and partners. It also includes competitive analysis, product feedback and support for marketing events.
Responsibilities
- Build proof-of-concept projects and reusable components using the ServiceNow platform and AI agents
- Lead discovery workshops and product demonstrations for customers
- Answer technical questions from customers, partners and colleagues
- Share best practices and reusable assets across the solution consulting team
Requirements
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Hands-on work designing agentic AI applications, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG and evaluation
- Understanding of enterprise integration, APIs and AI governance and security
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
Qualifications
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions
- Territory management and pipeline-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
