Superside is hiring an AI Creative Technologist to build and deploy custom automations and agents based on recurring client requests. In this position, the professional works directly with clients on live projects inside studios, collaborating closely with the Product team to transform client needs into operational systems rather than single assets.
This role suits a builder who possesses strong creative judgment and the ability to define quality standards for automated outputs. Responsibilities include shaping the studio automation roadmap, customizing central platform automations for specific brand workflows, training client teams, and documenting all built solutions to ensure reusability across studios.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to scope, build, and ship custom automations and agents
- Adapt central platform automations to fit specific brand tools and workflows
- Convert repeating client requests into functional operational systems
- Manage the studio automation roadmap to prevent redundant building
- Establish quality benchmarks and human quality checks for every automation
- Provide feedback to the Product team and integrate platform capabilities into client work
- Educate and train client teams to operate the built systems
- Document and share built solutions through demonstrations for studio reuse
Requirements
- At least five years of professional background in agencies or in-house creative environments
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise building practical workflows, agents, prompts, and integrations using AI tools
- Generalist builder capabilities spanning briefing, creation, construction, and delivery
- Consistent practice of documenting and sharing technical builds
- Self-directed execution style with the ability to operate without a defined playbook
- Collaborative approach with studio teams and Product
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Background in design systems or creative technology
- Experience interacting directly with customers to scope requirements, explain technical systems, and deliver training
