In this remote position, the chosen professional will focus on developing data systems, AI tooling, analytics models, integrations, and agent workflows that support the G-P Gia AI agent. This agent assists global human resources leaders by delivering instant compliance guidance and generating legally sound documents.

Requirements
- At least two years of production experience utilizing Python and SQL

- Background in developing LLM applications including prompt engineering, tool utilization, and evaluations
- Experience building REST API integrations
- Proficiency in Git-based engineering workflows
