In this role, the AI Project Manager will act as an ambassador for the PMO department, overseeing the delivery of artificial intelligence initiatives. The position suits an experienced professional capable of coordinating planning ceremonies, removing project blockers, and orchestrating work across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include utilizing Asana for project and task management, supporting the squad creation and assignment process, and serving as a liaison between the marketing and IT departments.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the successful delivery of organizational AI projects
- Act as an ambassador of the WBAT created by the PMO
- Guarantee efficient, orderly, and transparent execution of company projects and programs
- Coordinate planning ceremonies and propose new ones when necessary
- Identify and remove blockers in a timely manner
- Establish clear objectives and responsibilities for each execution while tracking progress
- Empower Asana for planning, project management, and cross-functional communication
- Manage the squad creation and assignment process
- Act as a liaison between IT and marketing departments
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading IT projects focused on Artificial Intelligence
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules
- Advanced verbal and written English proficiency
- Technical knowledge of AI frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face
- Experience with data engineering and ML pipelines such as ETL, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, and dbt
- Proficiency with databases including SQL, NoSQL, Neo4j, and BigQuery
- Knowledge of MLOps practices covering CI/CD for models, performance monitoring, and automated deployment
- Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools like Jira and Asana
- PMP certification or additional Agile certifications
- Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office
- Experience with BI tools including Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
- Familiarity with Lucidchart
