Coins.ph is hiring an AI security engineer in the Philippines to cover offensive and defensive security for AI agents and large language model systems. The role includes agent security reviews, penetration testing, defenses against prompt injection and data poisoning, AI-based security detection tools, and assessing attack surfaces in cloud-native infrastructure. It is a full-time hybrid position requiring at least 3 years of security experience.
Responsibilities
- Review AI agents for security and run penetration tests, including defenses against prompt injection and context poisoning
- Design AI-based security detection tools for alert triage and attack attribution
- Build agent behavior auditing and anomaly detection systems for runtime monitoring
- Assess attack surfaces of agent runtime environments on Kubernetes, Docker and cloud services
Requirements
- 3+ years of security offense or defense experience, including penetration testing or red team work
- 1+ years of LLM security offense or defense experience
- Ability to build and modify AI agents, for example with LangChain, and test attacks such as tool misuse
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM, MITRE ATT&CK, Kubernetes, Docker and cloud IAM
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, Go or C++ for security tools
- Nice to have: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, local LLM deployment and AWS security certifications
