Responsibilities
- Activate newly landed accounts centered on Anthropic to establish well-scoped engagements matching client maturity levels.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts while identifying technical and operational risks proactively.
- Develop and sustain account strategies and use-case backlogs to scale initial workshops into multi-workstream transformation programs.
- Advise senior technology and business stakeholders on artificial intelligence and data roadmaps.
- Collaborate with partner field teams and internal departments to drive and close expansion opportunities.
- Lead strategic discussions during executive meetings, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap planning sessions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to internal playbooks and engagement frameworks.
Requirements
- Possess six to ten or more years of hybrid delivery and sales experience within consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrate direct accountability for both project delivery quality and strategic account growth.
- Show a proven history of scoping and delivering services engagements ranging from fifty thousand to one million dollars.
- Build account roadmaps that transition pilots into broader, multi-phase programs.
- Demonstrate hands-on technical competency in agentic artificial intelligence, large language models, and data solutions including retrieval-augmented generation and agent orchestration.
- Bring direct experience utilizing Anthropic platforms or comparable large language model and agentic systems.
- Remain willing to travel up to fifty percent of the time based on client requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in scaling a single pilot into a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program.
- Prior experience operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders regarding artificial intelligence strategy and risk management.
- Experience building formal account plans specifically tailored for generative or agentic artificial intelligence implementations.
