Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements from technical and commercial perspectives to create profitable business proposals
- Monitor electronic and in-person biddings, review RFPs, and prepare documentation ahead of schedule with support from the technical team
- Communicate with the external sales department to coordinate billing expectations and delivery timelines
- Oversee contracts by monitoring scopes, timelines, penalties, and specific clauses
- Track client portfolios and negotiation progress using performance indicators
- Enter and verify purchase orders in the system, resolving discrepancies with clients
- Verify inventory stock levels to ensure on-time deliveries
- Process order billings according to individual client specifications
- Coordinate with the services division to monitor deliveries and installations, communicating any delays proactively
- Handle post-sales client requests and route them to support teams
- Oversee the dispatch and return of equipment intended for demonstrations, testing, training, and replacements
- Recommend enhancements to internal procedures, policies, and systems, and assist in testing new tools
Requirements
- Experience working in commercial operations, sales back office, or billing
- Background in handling biddings, electronic auctions, and evaluating public notices or RFPs
- Familiarity with contract management
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- Experience utilizing ERP software
Qualifications
- Completed or ongoing higher education degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related fields
- Prior experience within the technology or telecommunications industry
- Background in B2B sales and serving corporate clients or public sector entities
