Stefanini is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Project Analyst to plan, run, track and deliver technology projects focused on cybersecurity. The analyst manages schedules, scope, budget, resources, deliverables and project indicators, and leads multidisciplinary teams toward alignment. The analyst prepares progress reports and executive presentations, runs follow-up meetings and checkpoints, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
Agile and traditional project methods are applied depending on context. The analyst helps set priorities, organizes work, resolves problems and clears obstacles as they arise, and contributes to improving how cybersecurity projects are managed across the organization.
The posting requires a completed degree in information technology, engineering, business administration or a related field, and at least five years of IT project management experience. Requirements
- Completed higher education in IT, engineering, business administration or a related field
- At least five years of IT project management experience
- Solid experience delivering cybersecurity projects
- Advanced knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of PMBOK and good project management practices
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with MS Project, Jira and/or Trello
- Skill with schedules, risks, scope, costs and performance indicators
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership
Qualifications

- Experience with complex cybersecurity projects in corporate environments
