The organization seeks an Analytics Manager to guide data-informed decision-making, establish measurement strategies, and oversee the analytics roadmap for a specific business division.

This position operates at the intersection of data engineering, product management, and growth, requiring leadership in shaping unit metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and running strategic experimentation programs.

The role suits a professional with a background in consumer environments, fintech, or fast-moving consumer goods who can build and mentor high-performing teams while partnering closely with growth, product, and engineering units.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy and roadmap
Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing analytics team
Generate actionable insights from data to support engineering, product, operations, and marketing functions
Create and maintain yearly budgets and forecasts for products
Define growth plans and lead execution across the entire funnel from acquisition to retention and monetization
Design and execute A/B testing programs to optimize adoption and conversion rates across online and offline channels
Analyze user behavior to improve sales funnels, increase conversions, and refine marketing strategies
Track growth metrics including customer acquisition cost, retention rate, activation rate, and revenue per customer

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in analytics and analytics management
Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role leading teams and driving strategic initiatives
Demonstrated background in a consumer-FMCG, CPG, or fintech environment
Experience scaling product businesses with ownership of major revenue targets
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau, and Grafana

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a STEM field or Business
Experience working in growth analytics, product analytics, or credit risk analytics
Background combining both mass-marketing and product-led growth models
Experience managing a P&L or holding budget responsibility
