Job Description
Inizio Partners Corp is hiring a full-time, remote Analytics Technical Lead for insurance work. The position collaborates with the client's team to build stakeholder relationships, uncover new opportunities and deliver analytics across the insurance value chain, including property and casualty, life and annuity, and health insurers.
The lead steers projects and client relationships, reviews deliverables every day and clears blockers quickly. The role runs the program governance framework, aligns each project with the client's vision, and chairs recurring status meetings and client working sessions. Technical oversight spans data structuring, data wrangling, dashboards, forecasting models, reporting and process automation. The lead also manages a cross-functional group that includes offshore staff, diagnoses inefficiencies, and works out how to fix them.
Pricing and product analytics feature prominently: building, maintaining and modernizing pricing models, along with competitor analysis and ad hoc data studies. The lead should become a trusted adviser to clients across insurance functions and understand each client's brand, customers and competitive position.
Applicants should hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in economics, mathematics, computing or engineering, operations research or a neighboring analytics discipline. Graduates of top-tier universities with bachelor's degrees in these areas are also invited to apply. Nine to eleven years of core analytics work is expected, with consulting or implementation experience with insurers preferred. The role requires direct client management in dual-shore setups, plus fluency in Python, R or SAS, SQL and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience leading analytics teams, including recruiting, training and developing staff, is also required.
