Coins.ph is hiring an app developer senior manager in Manila to lead its mobile app development business. The role covers app development strategy and technical roadmap, architecture and technology choices across iOS, Android and cross-platform frameworks, and full lifecycle management from design through testing, launch and maintenance. It also includes app security and compliance for digital asset trading, leading the development team, and working with product, trading and compliance teams. The full-time, hybrid role is based in Manila.
Responsibilities
- Set the app development strategy, technical roadmap and yearly and quarterly plans
- Oversee the full app lifecycle, including testing, launch and iteration
- Establish app security standards and run security audits and vulnerability scans
- Build, manage and develop the app development team and its performance standards
Requirements
- Rich team management experience and experience leading app development
- Knowledge of Swift for iOS, Kotlin or Java for Android, and cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
- Familiarity with app security and compliance requirements for digital assets
- Strong collaboration with product, trading, compliance and risk teams
Qualifications
- Familiarity with global regulatory requirements such as FATF and MiCA
- Experience with app store release processes such as the App Store and Huawei AppGallery
