Savvital is an organization offering customized operational services to small and medium-sized enterprises internationally. The company is currently hiring a remote, full-time Applied Epic Insurance Associate to manage the daily operations of a Property & Casualty insurance agency.
This role is designed for professionals with solid, practical experience utilizing Applied Epic in a professional insurance setting. The person joining this position will oversee client records, manage policy documents, process endorsements, handle certificate of insurance requests, and support insurance producers. Candidates should possess intermediate to advanced system proficiency, as basic knowledge or training-only exposure will not qualify.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and navigate client accounts, documentation, activity logs, and policy files within Applied Epic
- Issue, track, and manage high-volume requests for certificates of insurance
- Process policy endorsements and ensure client records stay accurate
- Coordinate with carriers, gather information, and assist in preparing insurance quotes and proposals
- Manage upcoming renewals through proactive client outreach and carrier coordination
- Maintain digital records and utilize reporting features within Applied Epic
- Assist producers and account managers by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and tracking tasks
- Handle client inquiries and coordinate service requests professionally
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Applied Epic within a working insurance agency environment
- Hands-on background managing policy files, activity logs, and client records in Applied Epic
- Familiarity with policy servicing workflows, certificate holder management, and endorsements
- Experience handling insurance quotes, carrier coordination, and proposals
- Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance operations
- Strong organizational skills to handle competing priorities and high-volume requests
- Verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with clients and carriers by phone
- High attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting United States-based Property & Casualty insurance agencies
- Background in handling high-volume certificate of insurance requests using Applied Epic
- Familiarity with Applied Epic document management, reporting, and renewal tracking
- Experience providing administrative and operational assistance to account managers or insurance producers
