Job Description
Aquiva and Hapi is hiring a full-time Salesforce QA Analyst for its engineering group. The position is fully remote for people based in Argentina, Uruguay or Colombia. The analyst works inside an Agile team alongside the people writing stories and the people writing code. English at B1 level or higher is required; the team communicates in written English, while everyday conversation takes place in Spanish.
This is a manual testing role. The analyst reviews user stories before development begins to catch errors or gaps, designs test cases that confirm the feature behaves as described, runs those cases by hand, and reports defects in a way that lets developers fix them without extra back-and-forth. The position involves web application and API testing, and the analyst joins the whole delivery process alongside the product owner and developers.
Prior Salesforce experience is not necessary; the company says it would rather train a strong tester on the platform. Must-have skills include three or more years of practical manual QA work, proven API testing, experience with web-based products, and basic coding ability. Desirable extras include work on Salesforce or similar configurable systems, ISTQB certification, Selenium WebDriver automation with Java or JavaScript, and automated UI, API or load testing.
