Job Description
Manulife is hiring a full-time Associate Manager for its CAF LTD team in Canada, a remote position that the posting describes as an existing vacancy. The team supports former service members who were medically discharged from the Canadian Armed Forces. The Associate Manager leads a long-term disability team under the CAF LTD plan and answers to the manager overseeing CAF LTD and the SISIP Life Insurance unit. The role oversees workflow, handles performance management and hiring, and makes sure disability management methods are used correctly. It also provides technical guidance on difficult claims, runs quality audits that highlight strengths and gaps, and coaches case managers toward the best outcomes for clients.
