The Unified Experience Product Management team is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join its remote operations. This position suits a developing product leader who wants to gain broad experience spanning customer interfaces, partner integrations, and cloud platform technology. The primary focus of the role involves executing day-to-day product management for partner onboarding and the Electronic Logging Device partner experience, working in tandem with the Senior Product Manager.
Responsibilities include managing partner requirements, guiding roadmap execution, producing documentation, and prioritizing smaller partner initiatives. The individual will additionally partner closely with engineering teams during agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups, as well as handle JIRA ticket maintenance and cross-team dependencies. Furthermore, the role involves supporting foundations dashboards, coordinating go-to-market efforts, and maintaining product reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily product execution for partner onboarding and the Electronic Logging Device partner experience
- Collaborate with engineering during sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain requirements and JIRA tickets with engineering assistance
- Coordinate cross-product foundations initiatives and maintain the unified experiences dashboard and reporting
- Support go-to-market execution and strategy alignment across teams
- Communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and releases aligned with business outcomes
- Educate internal stakeholders, sales, and customer success teams regarding product features
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience
- Bring at least one year of experience in product management, product operations, or a related agile software product role, or two plus years in project or program management supporting technology or data initiatives
- Demonstrate experience supporting product or cross-functional initiatives through stakeholder coordination and deliverable tracking
- Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Show working knowledge of software products, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, or technical systems
- Have experience working with data, reporting, or analytics including SQL or modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
- Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
