Best Egg seeks an Associate Product Operations Manager to join its Product organization on an on-site basis. This full-time role focuses on supporting daily tactical execution within the Product Operating Model and the Product Development Lifecycle. Operating under the direction of the Senior Product Operations Manager and product leadership, the incumbent will help maintain cross-functional alignment, manage workflows, and facilitate routine operating processes.

This position is well-suited for professionals with a background in product operations, program management, project management, business analysis, or product management who are eager to build greater ownership over time. The role involves managing administrative tasks for product tech stacks, coordinating recurring meetings, gathering operational data, and assisting with stakeholder communication across departments such as Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing.

Candidates must possess between two and five years of relevant professional experience, paired with strong organizational skills and familiarity with task management and documentation platforms. The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support the flow of work from intake through discovery, assessment, planning, and delivery
  • Review incoming requests and help ensure submissions are complete for product review
  • Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate recurring sessions like Weekly Business Reviews and roadmap updates
  • Maintain the product management software stack, reporting accuracy, and workflow hygiene
  • Support key governance processes including compliance reviews and cross-functional readiness
  • Track scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks for select cross-functional initiatives
  • Gather and organize operational data and insights to support leadership in identifying trends
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and documentation efforts to establish repeatable processes

  • Familiarity with task management and workflow tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or Productboard
  • Experience maintaining and organizing documentation platforms like Confluence or Notion
