Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key accounts to resolve advanced challenges involving security, performance, architecture, and recovery

Requirements
- Possess at least four years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of systems administration, systems troubleshooting, and network administration
- Show knowledge of scalable and highly available distributed systems
- Understand application and database architecture, design, and administration
- Bring experience in benchmarking and performance tuning
- Have previous background in technical support
- Maintain exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Display a genuine interest in assisting others along with advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Demonstrate the capacity to remain calm under pressure and make real-time decisions
- Exhibit a willingness to learn new technical skills rapidly and collaborate effectively with team members
Qualifications
- Hold a B.Tech, a B.S., or possess equivalent work experience
- Maintain comfort with modern artificial intelligence concepts and AI-assisted troubleshooting tools
- Possess knowledge in one or more programming languages including Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, Javascript, node.js, Go, PHP, or Perl
