The organization is currently hiring an Atlassian Consultant for its Cloud Practice to deliver client solutions utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. This position involves guiding clients through all project stages, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment, documentation, and user training.
This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with a strong interest in cloud environments and Atlassian software who enjoy direct client engagement and technical problem-solving. The person in this role will audit client environments, configure tailor-made implementations, and collaborate closely with sales teams to spot additional value opportunities. Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and refine customer requirements to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment
- Facilitate scoping workshops and convert business needs into practical technical solutions
- Audit client environments for configuration, performance, security, and best practices
- Configure, deploy, and integrate Atlassian solutions adhering to cloud standards
- Produce functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and documentation
- Conduct training sessions for end users and administrators
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for additional value and work alongside the sales team when applicable
- Contribute to internal practices, knowledge sharing, and visibility initiatives such as blog posts or webinars
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in consulting, software development, or technical roles
- Strong interest in cloud environments and Atlassian tools
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Fluency in both French and English
