Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships and maintain an encouraging environment for participants
- Guide clients through outplacement journeys to set objectives and sustain professional momentum

- Log participant guidance accurately in the Career Management System to meet service obligations
- Facilitate individual and group career transition programs

- Partner with the global team to integrate Belgian requirements and restructuring practices into program designs
Requirements
- Practical human resources background with thorough comprehension of Belgian restructuring processes, works councils, health and safety committees, and union delegations
- Expertise in career planning, personal branding, resume creation, interviewing techniques, and digital job hunting
- Seven to ten years of professional background accompanied by insight into business structures and decision-making
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience providing remote coaching with digital tools
- High-speed internet connection, a personal computer, and reliable audio and video equipment
- Familiarity with videoconferencing software, instant messaging platforms like Slack, and scheduling applications
Qualifications
- Master degree, equivalent level education, specialized certifications, or an advanced diploma
- Knowledge of termination practices and restructuring procedures across other European countries
