Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with participants to create a supportive and motivating coaching environment
- Guide individuals through career transition programs by helping them set goals and maintain momentum
- Provide customized advice regarding career direction, decision-making, and transition challenges
- Assist participants with personal branding, resume creation, networking, interview preparation, and negotiation strategies
- Record participant progress accurately within the Career Management System according to service standards
- Facilitate group or individual transition programs as needed
- Share knowledge regarding the Belgian labor market, downsizing, and collective dismissals with international teams
Requirements
- Practical background in human resources with a solid grasp of Belgian restructuring processes
- Expertise in career development fields such as job searching, personal branding, and interview preparation
- Seven to ten years of professional experience alongside a strong understanding of corporate cultures and organizational structures
- Full professional proficiency in English, as interaction with international stakeholders is required
- Demonstrated ability to conduct remote coaching sessions utilizing appropriate technological platforms
- Access to high-speed internet and a personal computer with reliable audio and video hardware
- Familiarity with scheduling software, instant messaging platforms like Slack, and video conferencing tools
- Ability to operate autonomously, independently, and with strong internal drive
- Legal authorization to provide services as an independent contractor in your country of residence
