Bosch seeks a Senior SAP EWM-MFS Consultant for a full-time position located in Bengaluru. This role focuses on leading end-to-end implementations of Extended Warehouse Management alongside Material Flow System integration. The professional will design warehouse layouts, configure storage controls, manage handling units, and establish routing and conveyor logic for automated equipment.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP EWM with Material Flow System integration
- Design and configure warehouse structures, activity areas, process-oriented storage control, layout-oriented storage control, handling unit management, wave management, and labor management
- Configure and support EWM MFS components including TCP/IP communication channels, PLC interfaces, telegram configuration, queue management, routing, conveyor logic, and resource management for automated equipment
- Design high-availability and performance-optimized MFS architecture
- Integrate MFS with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems, conveyor and sortation systems, and robotics
- Provide solution documentation comprising functional specifications and test scripts
Requirements
- Over 8 years of overall SAP experience with at least 5 years specifically in EWM
- Completion of 2 to 3 full lifecycle EWM MFS integrations
- Configuration expertise in core EWM processes including inbound, outbound, and internal movements
- Expertise in storage control, handling unit management, queue and resource management, and the RF framework
- Client-facing and workshop facilitation skills
- Openness to travel
Qualifications
- Experience working in highly automated distribution centers such as high-bay warehouses, pharma, chemical, retail, or automotive facilities
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging for MFS troubleshooting
- Exposure to SAP Event Management or real-time tracking integrations
- SAP EWM certification
- Experience with non-SAP WCS and WMS integration
- Proficiency in the German language
