Coins.ph is hiring a BI senior manager in Manila to lead its business intelligence team and strategy. The role covers building and optimizing the BI system using trading, payment, user, risk and compliance data, providing insights to senior management and compliance teams, and supporting risk control and regulatory reporting. It is a full-time, hybrid position for candidates with 8+ years of BI experience, including 3+ years managing senior BI teams.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the BI strategy, roadmap and data modelling
- Lead team analysis of trading, payment, user and risk indicators
- Develop core dashboards and reports for business, risk and compliance teams
- Build data models for abnormal transaction monitoring and compliance indicators
Requirements
- 8+ years of BI-related work experience, including 3+ years managing senior BI teams
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Proficiency in SQL, with Python or R preferred
- Understanding of digital currency trading and payment business data
Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, digital currency, payment or blockchain is preferred
- Familiarity with FATF and MiCA requirements for digital assets and payments
