The role also covers planning and reporting on campaigns that bring in and retain bikers, including applicant, activation and cost-per-biker figures.
Responsibilities
- Manage the city's communication calendar so every post is published on time.
- Review social pages, community groups and Telegram channels daily for biker behavior insights, and escalate urgent issues within 24 hours.
- Coordinate on-ground support and onboarding with city managers, and endorse vlogger requests.
- Plan, launch and report on campaigns that drive biker onboarding and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years in marketing, community management or field marketing, preferably with ride-hailing, delivery or gig-economy platforms.
- Content ideation and copywriting for biker onboarding and retention posts, adapted to each city's audience.
- Strong communication in Filipino and English, and proficiency in Google Workspace for reporting.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the City of Laguna and willingness to travel regularly.
- Highly self-directed and able to work independently.
- Willing to be immersed in biker activities.
