Job Description
Foundever's Assistance Services Group (ASG) delivers roadside and other help for members of automotive, healthcare, insurance and legal clients. This full-time, home-based Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative supports roadside callers stuck in unsafe places, like a fast highway lane or an empty road after dark. The representative stays calm, acts fast and makes callers feel safe.
Each call means finding the caller's position with mapping software and sending an authorized provider as quickly as possible. The representative moves between several systems running on Microsoft 365, Teams and Windows. Callers speak French or English, so the representative works in both languages. Shifts can include nights, evenings and weekends. New hires complete paid virtual classroom training followed by ongoing job-specific coaching. Approved AI tools may assist with routine tasks.
Applicants must live in Canada, be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least three months of customer service experience. A background check is required. The home setup needs a wired connection with 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, a quiet room, and a webcam during training and live work. Pay is $15 to $19.35 per hour depending on province, plus a $2.50 bilingual premium. Perks include health, dental, life and vision coverage, an employer-matched RRSP, paid vacation, a free roadside membership, an employee assistance program and wellness support.
