Job Description
Sprout Social has an opening for a full-time Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant within Professional Services, part of its Sales and Customer Experience group. The post is remote and mixes strategic consulting for enterprise clients with platform implementation. The consultant must work fluently in English and Spanish and serve enterprise customers who speak either language across key regions.
The main focus is Premier Success engagements. The consultant partners with Customer Success Managers, helping enterprise brands organize and expand their social media operations, reviews workflows, ties social strategy to business objectives, and advises VPs and CMOs on social intelligence and return on investment. Work products range from tailored performance reports and executive slides to playbooks for publishing and social care, workflow reviews and hands-on workshops. The consultant also supports programs for influencer marketing, social customer care and employee advocacy.
A secondary focus is implementation. The consultant leads rollouts for Sprout's Core Platform, plus its Employee Advocacy and Influencer Marketing products, moving customers through design, setup, training and validation. This includes configuring account structure, user permissions, tagging schemes and automatic message routing, and delivering training for administrators and end users. The consultant also helps standardize workflows and templates for the wider team.
