This position serves as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout their setup journey, managing the transition from initial registration to live status, clarifying documentation, and keeping timelines clear. The professional in this role will handle billing data entry, resolve payment obstacles, safeguard sensitive financial information, and guide clients through invoice navigation.

Responsibilities
