Job Description
This full-time, on-site Brand Designer post is located in InMobi's New York City office, with occasional travel for events and activations. The company wants the invisible plumbing linking people to content, shopping and ads to be seen and understood. This team builds the brand presence that makes that possible, covering identity work and everyday marketing output for markets around the world.
The designer supports identity projects alongside the Creative Director and also produces a steady stream of campaign material, including booth and event environments, presentation decks for keynotes and sales, out-of-home placements, web, social and print. The work runs from brief to delivery, keeps the brand system consistent in every region, product line and audience, and includes building templates and an asset library so colleagues can move faster.
Precision runs throughout. Spacing, typography, easing and timing are reviewed closely in both static and animated work. Files are readied for screens, print and oversized formats, several projects run in parallel, and the designer sets priorities independently. Day to day, the designer works with product marketers, event teams, writers, motion artists, sales staff and outside production partners, using AI tools where they clearly speed up output or raise quality.
Applicants should bring at least six years of brand and marketing design practice, preferably across in-house and agency settings, with a portfolio that shows identity and campaign projects and makes clear what the designer personally produced. Comfort with Figma, Adobe tools and PowerPoint is required, because deck work is a genuine share of the job. Motion and 3D skills, event design, consumer or lifestyle brand work and adtech or SaaS experience are useful. Pay is a fixed base between $95,250 and $108,500 USD, tied to the company's sites in California and New York.
