Job Description
ConnectWise operates globally as a software provider focused on helping technology solution providers achieve success through community-driven products and services. The organization seeks a Brand Logistics Manager to join its remote workforce on a full-time basis. This position is not intended for creative direction or design execution; rather, it functions as a hands-on project management role dedicated to operational infrastructure.
The person in this role will oversee request readiness, brief reviews, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and budget tracking for the Brand and Creative team. Key duties involve managing workflows across copy, design, video, and production while protecting creative focus and maintaining performance dashboards. The position suits professionals with a background in marketing operations, creative operations, or project management who excel at organizing complex deliverables and vendor relationships.
Candidates will spend significant time utilizing computer-based collaboration tools, digital asset management systems, and spreadsheet or dashboard applications. The job may require occasional availability outside regular hours for priority launches or event deadlines, alongside potential travel of ten to twenty percent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and request-readiness workflow, which includes triage, brief reviews, routing, status tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Partner with creative leads to establish intake criteria across various design, copy, video, event, and campaign requests.
- Create and maintain project schedules that outline scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations for brand initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with events, demand generation, product marketing, and regional teams to gather project inputs and establish timelines.
- Oversee Digital Asset Management logistics, including asset organization, metadata tagging, permissions, and folder hygiene.
- Coordinate vendor, contractor, print, promotional, shipping, and production logistics while resolving issues and handling invoices or statements of work.
- Monitor Brand and Creative expenditures against approved budgets, reconcile actuals, and generate variance reports.
- Design and maintain key performance indicator dashboards and recurring operational reports for leadership visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand operations, creative operations, marketing operations, or creative project management.
- Prior work experience within complex B2B environments such as B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, IT management, managed services, or channel-led businesses.
- Demonstrated experience owning project plans, tracking budgets, and maintaining key performance indicator reporting or dashboards.
- Advanced knowledge of workflow and project management applications like Asana or Monday.com.
- Advanced proficiency with reporting tools including Excel, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
- Working knowledge of financial administration tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, vendor estimates, and accruals.
- Ability to travel 10 to 20 percent of the time for team meetings, events, or vendor coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design Operations, Creative Operations, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, creative production, print or promotional production, asset libraries, and brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems like Brandfolder, Bynder, or Canto.
- Moderate fluency in using artificial intelligence tools as part of daily workflows.
