Renmoney seeks a Business Analyst for Front-End Channels to connect user requirements with technical execution across its web platforms and mobile application. This on-site position focuses on optimizing digital experiences, boosting user engagement, and driving growth metrics. The professional chosen will function as the Scrum Master for the Mobile and Web Squad, overseeing the complete Agile delivery lifecycle.

The selected candidate will partner directly with engineers, product managers, and designers to shape financial technology products utilized by millions in emerging markets. Key responsibilities include translating stakeholder needs into functional requirements, tracking user behavior data to identify friction points, and guiding cross-functional teams through sprint planning and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business and user requirements to create actionable user stories and business requirement documents.
- Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage the Jira backlog, track velocity, and maintain delivery timelines.
- Examine user behavior metrics via Firebase and internal dashboards to identify user experience gaps.
- Map and refine digital customer journeys across web and mobile to enhance conversion rates and reduce friction.
- Maintain clear acceptance criteria, flowcharts, user stories, and decision logs using Confluence or Notion.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure features comply with business needs and regulatory rules.
- Collaborate with product designers to evaluate wireframes and improve user interface flows.
- Benchmark competitor trends and patterns to guide feature development.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or comparable roles within digital platforms, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Bachelor degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
- Familiarity with Excel and dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with documentation and tracking tools including Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or Balsamiq.
- Demonstrated background in running Agile ceremonies and managing sprint cycles within cross-functional squads.
- Understanding of user behavior and digital banking within emerging markets such as Nigeria.
