Responsibilities
- Lead backlog refinement activities and break down initiatives into epics, features, and user stories complete with acceptance criteria
- Keep requirements packages updated and ensure full traceability from requirements to testing using VA tools
- Lead elicitation sessions, stakeholder reviews, and workshops involving VA clinicians and logisticians
- Prepare requirements analysis proposals covering scope, labor mix, and level of effort for new intake requests
- Perform data analysis, create reports, build process models, and assist with release validation and user acceptance testing
Requirements
- Have at least five years of experience writing acceptance criteria, user stories, and epics on Agile or SAFe teams
- Demonstrate expertise in backlog management and requirements traceability utilizing Jira and Confluence
- Possess experience in facilitating stakeholder reviews and elicitation sessions
- Be able to obtain a VA PIV credential and a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree
- Bring domain experience in VA or VHA supply chain and logistics
- Utilize SQL or Power BI for conducting data analysis
- Execute and plan user acceptance testing
- Hold a CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe POPM certification
