This full-time, on-site Business Analyst role in Nigeria supports corporate performance monitoring by collecting and interpreting data to guide strategic decisions. The analyst helps build KPIs and dashboards, reviews business processes for improvement, and contributes to business cases and feasibility studies. The role works with the Lead, Strategist and other cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze and interpret data on organizational performance
- Support the development and monitoring of KPIs and business metrics
- Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management
- Review business processes and recommend efficiency improvements
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, performance monitoring, data analysis or a related field
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline
