Job Description
Tia operates a women's healthcare model spanning primary care, mental health, gynecology, skin care and wellness, offered both in clinics and online. This remote position is based in the United States and sits within Tia's business teams, which handle provider credentialing, clinic operations, People Operations, data and reporting.
The engineer's goal is to lighten repetitive operational work. Work starts by charting real processes, workarounds and handoffs included, then choosing the most straightforward reliable remedy: a spreadsheet tweak, an off-the-shelf automation, or an AI-supported flow. Builds use n8n or comparable platforms together with Python or JavaScript/Node.js, linking systems through APIs, webhooks and similar integrations.
Responsibility does not end at launch. The engineer watches performance, fixes failures, revises flows when policies or needs change, writes documentation that others can maintain, trains staff and measures time saved, accuracy and uptake. Anything touching sensitive employee, business or patient information must comply with Tia's security and AI governance rules.
Candidates who have worked in automation, software, systems integration or technical operations for a year or more, or who have done comparable hands-on work through projects or research, are a good fit. Being able to explain technical decisions to colleagues without a technical background is a clear strength. The expected annual compensation is $90,000 to $100,000.

- Assess AI and automation products for operational use
Requirements

- Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication, webhooks and moving data between systems
- Able to query and check data with SQL and handle intricate Google Sheets
- Practical use of LLM tools, including judging output quality and deciding when people must review it
- Disciplined testing, documentation, monitoring and care with sensitive data
- Ability to earn trust from non-technical teams
Qualifications
- Google Workspace automation skills, including Apps Script
- Work with AI pipelines involving tool calls, retrieval-augmented generation or autonomous agents
