Urrly, a rapidly expanding healthcare technology company that transforms how health plans engage members and deliver essential care services, seeks a Business Operations & AI Transformation Lead. This full-time, remote position offers a yearly salary between $110,000 and $150,000.
This is an execution-focused role rather than a traditional strategy position. The person in this position will collaborate across multiple departments including clinical services, finance, customer success, scheduling, provider management, and operations. Key duties involve mapping workflows, discovering inefficiencies, and deploying practical enhancements using data, automation, and artificial intelligence tools.
The ideal candidate possesses strong business judgment and an aptitude for asking sharp questions to solve operational roadblocks. Success in this position is measured by tangible business impact—such as streamlined scheduling workflows, enhanced call center productivity, and automated administrative tasks—rather than the volume of reports or presentations produced.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with frontline teams and department leaders to evaluate current operational challenges and business priorities
- Map workflows to uncover bottlenecks and redesign processes for better speed, accuracy, and productivity
- Find practical use cases for AI, low-code tools, workflow software, automation, and productivity platforms
- Build lightweight solutions independently utilizing spreadsheets, dashboards, workflow automation software, and AI-assisted development tools
- Work alongside technology, data, and engineering groups for advanced solutions
- Examine operational data to determine performance gaps, set key performance indicators, and measure improvement impact
- Construct reporting tools, practical dashboards, standard operating procedures, and training documents
- Manage improvement projects from initial discovery through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrate C1-level English proficiency
- Bring strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
- Have hands-on experience utilizing AI technologies like Claude or ChatGPT
- Show comfort working with data analysis, spreadsheets, dashboards, and modern automation tools
- Exhibit high ownership, resourcefulness, execution bias, and intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, healthcare technology, or operationally intensive service businesses
- Background in high-growth startups, management consulting, or business transformation
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude Code, or similar platforms
- Experience creating lightweight internal tools or executing workflow automations
